About Me
Hello, I’m Michelle! I’m a front-end developer + designer from Vancouver, BC who loves creating digital experiences that spark joy in people's daily lives ✨.
My post-secondary journey began at UBC, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health 🏥. After graduating, I took an online UI/UX course just for fun, and quickly discovered my love for designing digital things. That's when I made the decision to shift my career path and transition towards the creative/tech industry.
To establish a solid foundation in design, I completed an Associate Certificate in Graphic Design at BCIT 🎨. Soon after, I became curious about how I could bring my ideas to life after designing them, leading to my current passion for development!
Currently, I’m a new grad of the New Media Design + Web Development program at BCIT 👩🏻💻, determined to learn everything I can about software development.
